My family is my greatest inspiration, and everything I do is rooted in my desire to make our community a better place for them and for all children. I am passionate about helping create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where every child can grow, thrive, and proudly call Jacksboro home.

I graduated from Lorena High School and went on to attend Howard Payne University, where I met my college sweetheart, Blake Belcher, who has now been my husband for 26 years. I later earned my bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Blake and I are proud parents of three children: our son, Lando, a sophomore baseball player at Cisco College, and our twin daughters, Ellie and Allie, who are freshmen at Jacksboro High School. Blake has devoted 26 years to teaching and coaching, and I bring more than 20 years of experience in community outreach, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, event planning, and marketing.

Why Did You Join the STOMP Board?
I became a board member of STOMP because I believe deeply that education — not drugs — is the path to a healthier, stronger future for our children and our community. STOMP’s mission is to build resilient, safer, and healthier communities through comprehensive drug and crime prevention education in our schools and neighborhoods. As a parent and community member, I want future generations to understand the dangers of substance abuse, to have the tools and knowledge to make positive life choices, and to know that there are better answers than turning to drugs. By serving on the board, I’m committed to spreading awareness, supporting prevention education, and helping ensure every young person has the opportunity to thrive free from the grip of addiction.

Why Did You Join the STOMP Board?
I joined the STOMP Board because I am deeply committed to supporting drug prevention and education in our community. As an adoptive parent, I have seen the effects of drugs on children in the foster care system, and I’ve witnessed too many people in our town directly or indirectly impacted by substance use. I want to contribute my time, perspective, and skills to help the organization make a meaningful, lasting difference.

Why Did You Join the STOMP Board?
Having been personally affected by drug and alcohol addiction as the child of a person struggling with substance use, I am deeply committed to ensuring that our community has access to comprehensive education and vital resources to combat the challenges of addiction.
I remain focused on addressing the dangers of methamphetamine use, and I believe that through informed prevention efforts, community support, and aggressive enforcement, we can make meaningful progress toward a more "CLEAN" generation.

We moved to Jacksboro in 2024, and love it here. I have a great job that allows me to have a very flexible schedule, I am also a taxidermist. My husband and I enjoy almost anything that keeps us outdoors

Role in the Community
I have a free food distribution operation, The Lord's Table, that happens once a month. It started out small but each month it’s growing!

Why Did You Join the STOMP Board?
I joined the board for a couple of reasons, but the main reason is because I had a brother who passed due to a drug addiction. Where we lived, there were no programs like STOMP. It was extremely difficult to get any kind of help as a family member for him or to find out about any resources that were available for us to help him. I believe that if there were, he may still be here today!
