Senior Scholarship
STOMP awards a $1,000.00 scholarship to a graduating senior from each campus at Bryson, Jacksboro, and Perrin-Whitt. Then, for the seniors applying for the scholarship, we ask them to write an essay about how Jack County, like many other counties in Texas, is struggling with the issues of illegal drug use/abuse, over-the-counter drug abuse, and alcohol dependency that are negatively impacting our lives and our community. Take a moment to think about how you see the drug and alcohol problem impacting your community. STOMP's mission is to go out into the communities of Jack and Wise Counties to "Spring Into Action" by being committed to education that brings awareness to the national epidemic of drug and alcohol abuse.
